Description

You will manage the initial implementation and onboarding of new customer accounts for Podium's AI agents, acting as the primary contact during the first 30 days. Your role includes configuring AI agents, coordinating integrations, training client teams, and ensuring successful product adoption to help local businesses drive revenue.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in customer onboarding/implementation (SaaS preferred)
• Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation)
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects

Responsibilities

• Primary contact during first 30 days of customer experience
• Manage account connections and integration fulfillment
• Implement and configure AI agents
• Conduct full-team trainings for all locations
• Ensure effective hand-off to CSMs after onboarding
