You'll lead gALPHA and gBETA accelerator programs for the University of St. Thomas, supporting high-growth startups. Your core impact will be driving program logistics and startup coaching to help founders achieve growth and fundraising goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and select 40+ startups per cohort annually
• Coach startups on business, network, and growth
• Coordinate weekly programming and major milestones
• Build relationships with 30+ mentors and 25+ investors

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of program management experience
• Experience working with startups or entrepreneurial ecosystems
• Ability to manage end-to-end program logistics
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
