You'll partner with executive leadership to forecast talent needs, analyze gaps, and drive data-informed decisions that shape organizational growth. This role offers the opportunity to impact a rapidly scaling autonomous vehicle ecosystem.

- Analyze business goals to project future staffing requirements.
- Evaluate current workforce to identify skills and attrition risks.
- Partner with leadership to align workforce strategies with business goals.
- Develop data-driven models and dashboards for workforce metrics.
- Recommend ideal mix of full-time, part-time, and contingent workers.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on workforce planning.
- Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives in a scaling organization.
- Experience designing and implementing Strategic Workforce Planning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Workday to extract and present data-driven insights.
