You'll design and execute a comprehensive SWP framework to align workforce capabilities with business strategy at a self-driving technology company. You'll partner with executive leadership to forecast talent needs, analyze gaps, and drive data-informed decisions that shape organizational growth. This role offers the opportunity to impact a rapidly scaling autonomous vehicle ecosystem.

  • Analyze business goals to project future staffing requirements.
  • Evaluate current workforce to identify skills and attrition risks.
  • Partner with leadership to align workforce strategies with business goals.
  • Develop data-driven models and dashboards for workforce metrics.
  • Recommend ideal mix of full-time, part-time, and contingent workers.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on workforce planning.
  • Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives in a scaling organization.
  • Experience designing and implementing Strategic Workforce Planning frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Workday to extract and present data-driven insights.

  • Technology industry experience.
  • Advanced degree in HR or related field.
