You'll support HR operations across the Americas region at Similarweb's New York headquarters. You'll partner with a global matrixed HR team to optimize HR processes and systems. This role offers visibility into global HR operations and a chance to drive process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, mobility, exits)
• Maintain data accuracy across HR systems
• Oversee co-employer (ADP) relationship
• Lead HR process optimization initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Experience with HR systems, SuccessFactors a plus
• Proactive, agile approach to work
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel
