💼 About This Role

You'll define and direct technical strategy for Databricks' largest retail accounts, driving adoption of ML and AI. You'll partner with Account Executives to build technical champions and influence key decisions. This role offers development in technical specialization, industry thought leadership, or people management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop account technical strategies with Account Executives.
• Build technical champions to influence key decisions.
• Influence stakeholders through complex cloud ecosystem engagements.
• Act as trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and adoption.
• Contribute to technical community via collateral and workshops.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience in large accounts (3M-5M+ ARR).
• Deep expertise in big data, data science, data engineering, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with data-driven transformation using AI-first mindset.
• Hands-on design and implementation of big data technologies (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLAP).
• Proficiency in a core programming language (Python, Java, Scala) and willingness to learn Spark.
