You'll own the marketplace layer behind an AI-driven sort network, designing systems that ensure every shift at every site is staffed right. Your core impact is building the end-to-end supply funnel—from forecasting to recovery—making the network run smoothly. This role sits inside the Sortation Squad with engineering and data partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Warehouse Operative supply system end-to-end.
• Design the full supply funnel: forecasting, sourcing, pricing, commitment, recovery.
• Work with data analyst to turn forecasts into operational demand.
• Build instrumentation and metrics for workforce supply health.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations management or marketplace design.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and building forecasting models.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams to ship complex systems.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
