Description

You will lead product design across SE Ranking's SEO Solutions area, defining the design vision and scaling the team. You'll report to Mike Korenugin, partner with designers and cross-functional teams, and balance hands-on work with leadership to create cohesive, data-driven experiences.

Requirements

• Strong experience in B2B SaaS product environments
• Several years managing product designers
• Track record shipping complex, data-heavy products
• Strong UX and systems thinking
• Excellent spoken English

Responsibilities

• Define and drive design vision across SEO Solutions products
• Lead and grow a team of product designers
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to shape solutions
• Evolve shared design language and design system
• Ensure design decisions are grounded in product metrics and user needs
