💼 About This Role

You'll drive profitability and efficiency in the store leadership team at ALO. You'll manage inventory processes and champion strong visual standards while partnering with the Operations Visual Manager to optimize operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and reverse transfers
• Partner with Operations Visual Manager on budgets and expenses

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• Ability to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends
• Must be able to work during company's Blackout period from Thanksgiving through early January
