As a Home Care RN with BAYADA, you will provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, building meaningful connections while enjoying flexible scheduling and comprehensive support. You will have control over your schedule, short commutes, and access to 24/7 clinical mentorship.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Build real connections through home care visits
• Use electronic charting through Cubhub
• Maintain flexible schedule with daytime and overnight shifts
