Description

You'll design processes and systems for factories producing millions of Starlink user terminals, silicon packaging chips, and solar cells. You will own floor layouts, capacity studies, product flow analysis, and project schedules to ensure on-time delivery at high volume.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, or other engineering discipline
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing or industrial project management
• High-volume production experience preferred
• Project management experience in cross-functional business processes
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends when needed

Responsibilities

• Develop production factory design on physical and digital levels
• Own floor layouts, capacity studies, and product flow analysis
• Coordinate construction activities with internal teams and contractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets for capital projects
• Define business processes for manufacturing execution, inventory management, quality, and maintenance
