You'll manage Authorized Service Interruption records and orders for DODIN networks in a cutting-edge enterprise environment. Your work will directly impact mission-critical communications and situational awareness. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and government stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage ASI records from initiation to completion
• Develop reports on DODIN service outages or degradations
• Interface with stakeholders to collect ASI impact information
• Create and assign Theater Taskings and RFCs in Orders system

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

✨ Nice to Have

• AA/AS or BA/BS in administrative or technical field
• Active Secret clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
