💼 About This Role

You'll design video creatives for performance marketing campaigns at RiseGuide, a self-development app disrupting micro-learning. You'll test AI tools to generate images and video, and develop creative concepts through brainstorming. This role is with SKELAR, a venture builder with 1000+ experts behind global tech businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google ads
• Use and test AI tools for image, video, and voice generation
• Develop creative concepts and participate in brainstorming
• Find and integrate new tools to improve creative quality

📋 Requirements

• 1.5+ years experience in Motion Design
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Gemini, OpenAI

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Performance Marketing
• English level B1+
• Strong composition, typography, and color skills
