Description

You will lead Peloton's global Technical Product Safety organization, defining and executing a comprehensive safety and regulatory compliance strategy. Your impact includes overseeing product safety investigations, managing cross-functional teams, and representing Peloton in external standards forums to ensure products meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in Product Safety, Regulatory Compliance or Quality
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in consumer goods (B2C) environments
• Proven experience leading global cross-functional teams across multiple products and regions
• Strong expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies including 8D

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for product safety investigations and incidents
• Lead the Product Investigation Council for data-driven decision-making
• Define and implement global Technical Product Safety and Regulatory Compliance program
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor product safety risks and lead technical investigations
• Represent Peloton in external standards and regulatory forums (UL, EN, ASTM, etc.)
