Description

You will lead and scale Amplitude's global startup and venture program, building strategic relationships with VCs and accelerators, driving founder engagement through events and community initiatives, and positioning Amplitude as the AI analytics platform for AI native startups.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in startups, venture capital, ecosystem partnerships, or growth programs
• Established relationships within Bay Area VC and startup community
• Strong understanding of founder needs and early-stage growth dynamics
• Experience building and scaling strategic programs driving measurable adoption
• Demonstrated success designing and running high-impact events and community initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Amplitude for Startups program
• Build strategic relationships with VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners
• Design and execute founder-focused engagement strategy including high-impact events
• Own activation and growth, optimizing startup web experience and activation journey
• Manage and develop a Startup Marketing Specialist and contractor
