💼 About This Role

You'll join Eliot's Early Intervention team providing community-based therapeutic support to children birth to three with developmental delays. Your work directly empowers families through coaching and evidence-based interventions. Bilingual (English/Portuguese) candidates are preferred and may receive a 6% salary increase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe and evaluate children to identify functional goals and interventions
• Provide intervention in postural control, mobility, sensory integration, and daily living activities
• Develop and follow up on treatment goals in the Individual Family Service Plan
• Collaborate with team and external supports to coordinate client care

📋 Requirements

• Current OTR/L license from Massachusetts
• Experience working with children 0-3 years with developmental delays or disabilities
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation
