You'll own strategic enterprise customer relationships for North America at a climate tech startup that independently assesses carbon projects. You'll drive value definition, product adoption, and expansion, acting as the product ambassador to enterprise clients. This role offers the chance to build domain expertise in carbon markets while working with Fortune 500 companies.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define, track, and deliver client value across the lifecycle
- Manage customer onboarding, renewal, and expansion
- Act as product ambassador and gather client feedback
- Partner with commercial teams to build trusted relationships
📋 Requirements
- 5 years experience in North America with large enterprises
- Experience in carbon markets or strong desire to build expertise
- Self-starter with early-stage startup experience
- Ability to engage Senior Director/VP level stakeholders
