You'll embed with product teams to launch compliant AI features, turning complex regulations into workable solutions. You'll directly drive revenue velocity and customer trust by automating legal operations and scaling systems for a global AI platform. This role puts you at the center of one of Europe's strongest technical teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed daily with engineers to design compliant-by-design features
• Automate legal operations using Lovable and other AI tools
• Design global IP and privacy strategy for AI-generated code
• Lead stance on EU AI Act, GDPR, and other regulations

📋 Requirements

• 6-12 years legal experience with 2-4 years in-house at high-growth tech company
• Deep fluency in EU AI Act, GDPR, EU Data Act, and DSA
• Experience with product contracts and iterative drafting of T&Cs
• Ability to make high-stakes decisions with 70% data and strategic focus

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agents and LLMs to automate workflows
• Understanding of AI training data, model weights, and output ownership
• Past work at Series A-C stage companies
