🎯 What You'll Do

• Process payroll changes including new hires, promotions, and bonuses
• Administer employee health and benefits programs and enrolments
• Maintain accurate employee profiles in HRIS (HiBob)
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries via payroll inbox

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payroll and/or benefits administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and GSuite
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and efficient in processing payroll

✨ Nice to Have

• PCP certification or working towards one
• Experience with AI automation tools
• Previous experience at a software company
