You'll design and build end-to-end features for an AI-powered customer experience platform, working in a fast-moving, globally distributed engineering team. You'll own significant technical decisions and directly influence how AI transforms customer interactions at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable full-stack features across the platform
• Collaborate with Product teams to define scope and prioritize features
• Integrate LLM-based AI capabilities into customer workflows
• Optimize APIs and backend services for performance and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Express
• Solid experience with AWS services (Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS)
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK)
• Python development experience
