Description

You will lead end-to-end shipping and logistics for Starlink's global network spanning 155+ countries, optimizing costs, managing duty drawback programs, and scaling operations to support rapid growth. This role is critical to delivering affordable, reliable internet to underserved communities worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years in global logistics and supply chain operations.
• 5+ years direct people leadership in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in US Duty Drawback programs with proven multimillion-dollar recoveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead global shipping logistics strategy including carrier selection, freight forwarding, warehousing, and last-mile delivery across 155+ countries.
• Advise supply chain network design focusing on inventory optimization and cost savings.
• Run import/export and duty drawback programs, managing complex BOMs to maximize recoveries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline import/export processes and implement operational improvements.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of logistics specialists.
