๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and manage a team of 4 BDRs
- Develop strategies and tactics for outbound pipeline growth
- Monitor activity quality, KPIs, and quota attainment
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnership leaders
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- 2+ years in a sales leadership capacity (Team Lead or Manager)
- Proven success in outbound sales with consistent quota achievement
- Experience with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools
