  • Hire, train, and manage a team of 4 BDRs

  • Monitor activity quality, KPIs, and quota attainment
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnership leaders

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 2+ years in a sales leadership capacity (Team Lead or Manager)
  • Proven success in outbound sales with consistent quota achievement
  • Experience with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools
