Description

You'll lead and develop a team of SDRs and AEs to drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and integrate AI tools. Your work directly supports Zefir's rapid expansion in transforming home sales across Europe.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience as a Sales Manager in B2B/B2C sales and team management, ideally SaaS, tech, or real estate.
  • Proven experience managing/coaching SDRs and/or AEs with measurable performance results.
  • Comfort developing customer acquisition strategies and proficient in performance analysis.
  • Strong communication skills; data-oriented with analytical ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Practical experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Track team performance using KPIs (conversion rates, sales cycle, lead volume) and take action to meet targets.
  • Lead inbound sales conversion efforts for high-volume leads (70+ sales and 400+ calls per month).
  • Optimize sales processes and CRM utilization to maximize high-value activities.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach SDRs and AEs; recruit and onboard new team members.
