💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full product design lifecycle for both consumer-facing products and developer tools in the web3 space. You will own problems end-to-end from discovery to delivery, working in a small, high-impact team at the frontier of decentralized technologies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full design lifecycle from research to high-fidelity UI
• Design and iterate across consumer and developer product surfaces
• Develop, scale, and maintain design systems for consistency
• Create interactive prototypes to explore and validate solutions

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience with shipped products
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables)
• Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems
• Strong interactive prototyping skills (prefer high-fidelity over static)

• Experience with AI-augmented design workflows and creative tools
