🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and develop Sales Associates on the floor
• Use real-time KPIs to drive sales during peak periods
• Guide customers to the right products including bra fittings
• Support staff training, visual merchandising, and operations

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in apparel or lifestyle retail
• Proven experience in a lead or senior role
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to drive results
• Demonstrated use of KPIs for real-time decision-making
