Description

In this field-based apprenticeship role, you'll work alongside senior sales team members to develop clinical, technical, and commercial skills. You'll support territory growth, build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and be present in operating rooms during procedures to drive product adoption and improve surgical outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant clinical education with OR experience
• Demonstrated achievement in competitive athletics, team-based environments, outside sales, or clinical settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust quickly
• Willingness to travel approximately 75%
• Resilience and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting in account penetration and stakeholder development
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel
• Be present in operating rooms during procedures to observe and support product usage
• Support account strategies including trials, evaluations, and conversions
• Generate new business through direct outreach and cold calling
