💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow Gamma's design team, shaping the craft and culture during a pivotal scaling phase. You'll recruit world-class talent and build processes that enable great work, while also jumping in to design critical projects. This role is a player-coach position, bridging design, engineering, and product to ship beautiful, scalable work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a team of 4 designers to 7–8
• Recruit exceptional design talent
• Build and refine team processes
• Design critical features and set quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in design roles
• At least 2 years managing design teams
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional consumer product design
• Experience building team processes that scale
