Description

You will be responsible for scheduling and assigning resources within the CXone professional services team, liaising with project managers and directors to optimize resource allocation, and maintaining up-to-date skills and availability databases. This role focuses on proactive workforce planning and resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 2+ years IT resource/project management experience in software development
• Expert knowledge of MS Project for resource planning/tracking
• Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Experience in multi-cultural and multi-national environments
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign employees to projects, following up on work results
• Maintain and update resource database with qualifications, skillsets, and availability
• Forecast workload and take proactive steps to mitigate risks
• Resolve scheduling clashes and conflicts
• Provide regular and ad hoc management information and reports
