Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years paid search campaign management experience
  • Deep knowledge of Google and Microsoft advertising products (Search, PMax, AI Max, Demand Gen, Video)
  • Data-driven decision-making based on performance metrics
  • Healthcare, health insurance, or pharma lead generation experience a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch comprehensive paid search campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen
  • Lead client discovery to establish PPC objectives and strategy
  • Develop optimization roadmap using a test-and-learn approach
  • Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CVR) and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead client status calls and present insights and recommendations
