You'll own and coordinate high-quality customer proposals and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for EMEA sales and partner teams. You'll act as a central hub, bringing together inputs to deliver accurate, persuasive documentation on time. This role blends project management with writing and collaboration across multiple departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end development of EMEA proposals and tender submissions
• Coordinate partner-led proposals and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
• Analyze customer requirements and compliance matrices
• Build and maintain proposal schedules and review cycles

📋 Requirements

• University degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders

• Experience in IT/networking/telecom sector
• Familiarity with networking, cloud, or security solutions
• Exposure to public sector tenders in EMEA
