• Deliver insights and models for pipeline and growth
• Partner with GTM leadership as trusted advisor
• Build and scale a high-performing data science team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science or analytics
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience supporting GTM functions in B2B SaaS
• Strong technical foundation in SQL and Python

• Experience with lead scoring and propensity modeling
• Hands-on deployment of ML for GTM use cases
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools
