💼 About This Role
You'll join TraceLink's North America Sales Team to sell our MINT solution to pharmaceutical supply chain customers. You'll drive complex enterprise sales and build strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. This role offers the chance to impact patient safety through digital supply chain innovation.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Engage with multiple contacts from shop floor to C-Suite via phone, email, web, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with sales and executive management to define sales strategies and account plans.
- Execute customer-centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
- Manage and support all aspects of the close process, including pipeline and forecasting.
📋 Requirements
- Experience selling supply chain software solutions such as SCM, SCP, TMS, or WMS.
- Experience selling in pharma/life sciences, healthcare, or contract manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objections, closing.
- Willingness to relocate within commutable distance of Wilmington, MA.
