💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a deployable technical operator embedded across engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams. You will develop and deploy internal automation systems to streamline workflows and architect operational data pipelines for real-time decision-making. This role emphasizes building enterprise-grade software to tie cross-functional teams together as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of internal automation systems for engineering and operations.
• Maintain operational data pipelines and dashboards for program visibility.
• Design scalable process architectures for new product lines and facilities.
• Integrate software systems such as PLM, ERP, and MES.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3+ years in a fast-paced engineering or consulting environment.
• Experience building automation using Python, SQL, or APIs.
• Ability to reason across electrical, mechanical, and software boundaries.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with aerospace, UAS, or robotics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (ITAR/EAR, AS9100, ISO9001).
• Hands-on experience with ERP, MES, or PLM systems.
