You'll act as a critical finance and strategy leader within the Chief Business Officer Finance organization, partnering with supply, quality, product, and finance teams at Airbnb. Your core impact will be driving financial planning and analysis and providing actionable insights to senior leadership, shaping key business decisions that impact growth and profitability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage annual and quarterly planning with business partners
• Lead strategic projects to improve financial outcomes
• Provide financial insights through reporting and analytics
• Present financial reports and recommendations to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy
• B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong SQL expertise for data extraction and analysis

• MBA or CPA
• Experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting
