- Provide technical support to customers via chat and email
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing expectations
- Evaluate and analyze issues to resolve or escalate tickets
- Identify trends in support requests for long-term solutions
๐ Requirements
- Technical support experience in a SaaS environment
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM EST
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with insider risk management or user behavior analytics
- Knowledge of IT security concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or Zendesk
