  • Provide technical support to customers via chat and email
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing expectations
  • Evaluate and analyze issues to resolve or escalate tickets
  • Identify trends in support requests for long-term solutions

  • Technical support experience in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM EST

  • Experience with insider risk management or user behavior analytics
  • Knowledge of IT security concepts
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or Zendesk
