💼 About This Role

You'll negotiate and acquire leased network infrastructure for GFiber's production network, collaborating with local market and engineering teams. Your work will directly enable reliable internet connectivity across North America. This role offers the chance to drive strategic partnerships with major telecom providers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and acquire Transport, Transit, Caching, and Private LAN services as strategic vendor lead.
• Develop and grow relationships with commercial partners including telecom carriers and colocation operators.
• Negotiate and implement new commercial agreements for predictable 3rd party asset delivery.
• Identify capacity requirements and craft resilient leased infrastructure solutions with technical scope.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Law or equivalent.
• 7 years of program management experience managing networking projects with cross-functional teams.
• 5 years of experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and acquisition of network infrastructure assets.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.

✨ Nice to Have

• 8 years of experience with fiber network deployments and constructing outside/inside plant fiber infrastructure.
• 5 years of strategic negotiations or business development with high-technology providers.
• 3 years of experience with data center space and power build-outs or design.
