💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end delivery of Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed equipment for a hyperscale data center campus. You'll serve as the vital link between factory production and onsite energization to ensure critical assets move seamlessly from manufacturing to commissioning. This role offers the chance to solve complex logistics challenges in a mission-critical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage lifecycle of OFCI assets from factory testing to commissioning
• Track procurement milestones using Master Equipment Log and JIT strategies
• Review submittals and BIM coordination files for equipment integration
• Lead onsite receiving, inspections, and damage assessments
• Coordinate with vendors and MEP trades for seamless communication

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of direct experience in mission-critical data center or heavy industrial construction
• Deep technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (switchgear, UPS, generators, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC)
• Proven track record coordinating owner-furnished equipment within active construction schedules
• High proficiency with Procore, BIM 360, and scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project)

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or LEED AP certification
• 8+ years in hyperscale data center environments
• Experience with modular/prefabricated power and cooling skids
