You will lead enterprise sales cycles, build strategic partnerships with C-level technical leaders, and drive revenue growth for Karat's technical interviewing platform. This role focuses on acquiring new business from large organizations across technology, financial services, and healthcare sectors.
Requirements
- 8+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience with proven over-quota performance
- Startup experience preferred
- Closed deals $250K-$1M+ with 9-12 month sales cycles
- Experience presenting to CTO, VP Engineering, VP Talent
- Proficiency with MEDDIC, Value Selling, Challenger Sale
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise accounts
- Use consultative selling to advise on recruiting strategy and processes
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity to close
- Present Karat platform value to executive buyers
- Generate scalable revenue and meet quarterly/annual quotas
