You will lead enterprise sales cycles, build strategic partnerships with C-level technical leaders, and drive revenue growth for Karat's technical interviewing platform. This role focuses on acquiring new business from large organizations across technology, financial services, and healthcare sectors.

Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience with proven over-quota performance
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Closed deals $250K-$1M+ with 9-12 month sales cycles
  • Experience presenting to CTO, VP Engineering, VP Talent
  • Proficiency with MEDDIC, Value Selling, Challenger Sale

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise accounts
  • Use consultative selling to advise on recruiting strategy and processes
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity to close
  • Present Karat platform value to executive buyers
  • Generate scalable revenue and meet quarterly/annual quotas
