🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of team leaders and shoppers
• Manage daily shift operations and prioritize activities
• Drive process optimization projects in logistics
• Balance operational shift work with strategic office days

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent
• 2+ years of shift lead or supervisory experience in logistics
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Problem-solving skills for fast-paced issues
