As a People Advisor at Perk, you'll harness systems and AI to improve employee relations case management and provide data-driven insights. You'll co-pilot with managers on performance, conduct, and policy cases across the EU. This role offers a chance to shape people operations in a fast-growing global company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop AI-integrated case workflows and manager enablement tools
• Co-pilot with managers on performance, conduct, and probation cases
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure policy compliance
• Provide data insights to highlight trends and enable early intervention

📋 Requirements

• Curiosity to explore AI-first approaches
• Strong judgment and structured case process experience
• Employee relations knowledge across Europe or the US
• Multiple ER case management, especially performance and conduct

• Experience implementing AI tools in HR
• International ER case handling
• Familiarity with case management systems
