Description

You will manage the accounts receivable cycle, including payment application, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution. You'll act as a primary contact for AR matters, review team work, and support month-end close processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Cash Applications or related AR roles
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, SaaSAnt, Excel, Dropbox, Slack
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex issues independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely apply customer payments (EFT, checks, ACH)
• Perform regular account reconciliations between accounting system and internal platforms
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments, invoices, or misapplied funds
• Review team members' work as first-level quality check
• Act as primary point of contact for Cash Application and support month-end close
