🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage execution of strategic customer pilots end-to-end
• Track and resolve blockers in customer-facing tools
• Translate customer requirements into actionable tickets for engineers
• Run pre-launch testing and validate fixes

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in SaaS implementation or solutions engineering
• Deep understanding of API integrations and debugging
• Experience with project management tools like Linear, ClickUp, or Notion
