💼 About This Role

You'll support the Creative Services team at AEG Presents by ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative and creative support. You'll help push projects forward by quality assuring all creative assets for digital, print, and video. This role is key to maintaining brand standards and timely deliverables.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Quality assure creative assets including digital ads, social content, OOH, print, animation, video, and web.
• Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize upcoming deadlines.
• Assist with expense tracking, reconciliation, and submission for the creative team.
• Prepare presentation decks for internal and external meetings.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Experience with managing calendar events
• Working knowledge in entertainment industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop

✨ Nice to Have

• BA/BS Degree
• Knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Jira, Monday
• Knowledge of the music industry
