You'll create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for customers at our studio, assisting with ear piercings and product recommendations. Your core impact is infusing the Rowan experience through engaging interactions, driving brand awareness and ear stacking expertise. This hourly part-time role offers commission and generous employee discounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and help book appointments using POS systems.
• Assist customers in choosing piercing and jewelry options.
• Upsell products and meet individual sales targets.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and restock supplies.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts.
