You'll design and develop effective learning solutions to address knowledge and performance gaps for customers and partners. You'll create interactive online experiences using multimedia and authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud. This role offers the opportunity to own content development projects from start to finish while collaborating with subject matter experts and curriculum managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop learning solutions for customers and partners.
• Generate scripts, storyboards, and prototypes for stakeholder review.
• Create and update curriculum for online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training.
• Own content development projects and collaborate with SMEs and curriculum managers.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate training environment.
• 2+ years of experience in adult learning or professional training programs.
• BA/BS degree in Education or Instructional Design.
• Experience with authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.

✨ Nice to Have

• SaaS experience preferred.
