Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first model, with dedicated time for listening and personalized treatment.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one US state
• Prescriptive authority
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual evidence-based care for women in midlife
• Conduct quality appointments with time to listen and educate
• Utilize clinical protocols for hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals
• Collaborate with care team and clinical leaders
