You'll own the data science strategy for new non-lending products like car insurance at a leading fintech unicorn. You'll partner with managing directors to define and deliver data science projects that unlock value for customers. This role offers the chance to build from scratch in a fast-growing, profitable company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the data science roadmap for product expansion
• Build trust and influence diverse leaders and stakeholders
• Gather requirements internally and externally
• Drive data science projects from strategic and tactical levels
• Communicate results through verbal and written communication

📋 Requirements

• Track record of managing data science projects with cross-functional teams
• Confident and effective communication internally and externally
• Extensive knowledge of financial services industry products and ML applications
• Excellent technical skills in Python, SQL, and statistics

• Experience in insurance
• Experience in telco or consulting in financial services
