Description

You will oversee daily operations in our Inspection Center, managing a team of up to 70 front line associates and at least five leads in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role focuses on continuous improvement, associate engagement, and meeting quality, production, and cost objectives.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Mentor and develop direct reports through coaching and performance management
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain production capacity and assist with production planning
