💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach for a boutique fitness studio, coaching 10 classes per week and developing your coach team. You'll support studio operations and outreach to build the community. This role offers unlimited PTO and full health coverage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 10 classes per week as lead instructor
• Develop and provide feedback to coach team
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations
• Lead outreach and marketing for community partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift/carry minimum 30 pounds
• Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office
