Description

You will lead end-to-end deployment projects of enterprise AI systems, building custom integrations and architectures to make deployments succeed at scale. You'll work hands-on with code in complex enterprise environments, directly shaping product evolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering with direct customer impact
• Proven track record of leading deep technical deployments in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong technical depth across backend engineering, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, APIs, and databases
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-responsibility settings
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of deployments in large enterprise environments
• Architect solutions for performance, reliability, and security at scale
• Build custom extensions, integrations, and configurations to close product gaps
• Partner with customer engineering teams to overcome constraints and deliver outcomes
• Mentor junior in-field engineers and shape product through deployment feedback
