🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections of building systems
• Address service requests like hot/cold calls and lighting repairs
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues
• Assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight

📋 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Two to three years of job-related experience or commensurate certification
• Basic working knowledge of laptop and phone applications for work order systems
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
